Trainer of the Software Testing course

I started my career in logistics and clinical research, but I quickly realized that I wanted to create products that would always be at people's fingertips. In 2014, I started studying a new discipline for myself - software quality assurance control at the excellent QALight school. In 2015, my journey in the IT world from a junior engineer to a director and project manager began, which was full of rapid successes and instructive failures. I had the honor and pleasure of working in various companies, both product and service, which gave me versatile experience and the ability to look at the product from a different angle. I took my first steps in training in 2016, when I created a small test design training for colleagues. Then I realized that I get a huge charge of emotions from just sharing my own experiences and knowledge with those who are interested in them. This is how my passion for training and learning was born. In addition to developing my own trainings for the company's corporate needs, I also teach at the school that opened the door to the world of software development for me - QALight. Currently, my focus has shifted to trainings for experienced colleagues, whom we are preparing with our partners for the position of QA Lead, as well as trainings in the field of Agile. I sincerely believe that this approach to work is very effective for certain categories of projects. How do I stay focused every day in the whirlwind of information that constantly surrounds me? Very old-fashioned - pen and paper. These two loyal companions help me plan my day and stay focused on what's really important.
